Job Description

An exciting opportunity to become a champion and establish customers that in turn contributes to the overall performance of this multi-national IT services giant's Mobility & Software Services practice. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for driving sales activity around software licensing, devices and SAM.

Vendor & partner engagement is also a high priority to assist in growing and maintaining all customers. Collaboration within your team locally and on a national level which ensures you access to the right resources that you keep up to date with market trends, software updates and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive opportunities in existing and new customers with Account Managers
  • Execute sales strategy and targets around Software Licensing, Devices & Software Asset Management for allocated territory
  • Build relationships with hardware vendors drive sales device strategy for your territory
  • Ensure that major contract renewals are achieved - engaging 6 months out from large renewals
  • Build relationships with relevant partner contacts, incorporate partner programmes and build a partner engagement strategy for software licensing Tier 1 partners
  • Maintain high level client exposure and regular interaction and ensure feedback into planning process
  • Drive the proposal preparation, submission, and contract negotiations and associated sales presentations
  • Analyse top accounts and competitors for new opportunities

Desirable skills:
  • Experience in software licensing sales
  • Experience in business development or account management positions
  • A track record of identifying and closing opportunities within an IT
  • Strong IT industry and market awareness
  • Ability to negotiate & influence
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
