An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant who has had extensive experience with minute taking ideally in a Governance environment.

This role based in North Sydney will be supporting the Manager Commercial Governance within a dynamic commercial team. 

Key Accountabilities are as follows:-

* Preparing and developing presentations for commercial meetings or executive steering committees
* Diary management
* Establishing effective communication and engagement framework between program stakeholders
* Coordinating agenda's for weekly, monthly business and operational meetings
* Providing a secretariat function by preparing the meeting minutes of commercial and executive steering committees
* Distribution of confidential materials 

Key skills required:are:-

* Demonstrated experience taking board minute meetings
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in stakeholder management 
* Experience in Telco industry, preferably in a commercial, legal environment
* Proficient with MS Office and in particular Powerpoint and Word
* A self-starter attitude and confident communicator

Overall, this role requires an excellent level of literacy skills along with good business acumen, stakeholder management and proficiency in preparing high quality documents and presentations.
