Scrum Master required to work closely with the team, holding daily scrum meetings with a team of 14 consisting of developers, testers, QA's etc. Your main focus will be to ensure the team remains focused and can deliver within the agreed timescales. You will also manage and monitor backlog analysis, work stream planning and delivery of project plans.

The responsibilities of the role include:
  • Work closely with software engineers and test analysts during the release cycle to build an understanding of the domain architecture and upstream/downstream dependencies
  • Integrates Agile & Lean principles into team practices
  • Prepare & review program dashboard, performance metrics, scorecards including weekly & monthly program status updates, Executive Sponsor Updates, key business metrics, Issues & Risks and periodic program updates & communication decks
  • Manage and monitor backlog analysis and management, work stream planning and delivery of project plans &  end-to-end timelines
5 years of Agile experience working with IT teams
  • An understanding of PMI would be desirable
  • Analytical thinker with strong analysis skills
  • Strong problem solver and critical thinking
  •  Reasonable working knowledge of technology architectures and risk management business functions to the extent necessary to establish credibility with technology and business stakeholders
  •  "Can do" attitude; "go-getter" that pursues responsibilities
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of technology and technical solutions
To be considered for this role you must have:
  • At least 5 years of Agile experience working with IT teams
  • Scrum Certified or Agile PMI Certified (Lean exp. ideal)
  • Proven track record of successfully project delivery
  • Analytical thinker with strong analysis skills, strong problem solving and critical thinking skills enabling candidate to anticipate problems and connect dots on their own
  • Reasonable working knowledge of technology architectures and risk management business functions to the extent necessary to establish credibility with technology and business stakeholders
