Working on one of their key accounts, our client is looking for someone who has (ideally) 6-12 months experience as a Service Desk Analyst. Someone who is eager to utilise and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment whilst delivering exceptional service to their customers.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Experience managing customer incidents and service requests
- Troubleshooting of basic hardware and software
- The ability to think on your feet, knowing when and how to escalate a problem effectively
