The IT industry is evolving at an exponentially faster rate and our client focuses on staying ahead of the curve. Now providing a hosted data centre, business continuity and a selection of user-friendly cloud based services, as well as more traditional hardware maintenance to than 2000 existing customers. Our client's dedicated product development team is in constant communication with their customers designing and implementing their latest services.

Currently we are on the lookout for an outstanding People and Culture Business Partner to grow this team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will partner with leadership and ensure that the appropriate people strategies are implemented to enable business growth, align with and protect the companies culture, attract and develop the best talent in the marketplace and of course ensure that the company maintains its reputation for being a fantastic place to work.


Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

·  Development and execution of the P&C strategy     and business plan

· Support leaders with the implementation of key 
  P&C initiatives in line with Standard Operating
  Procedures

· Manage the implementation of programs   
  e.g. Development of capability frameworks,       
  remuneration and benefit programs;

· Coach, guide and develop leaders in relation to n    people- related practices and procedures

· Contribute to the organisational development     
   and change management initiatives associated   
   with business growth, new product development
   and organisational maturity

· Actively engage with staff to provide     
  a scale/measurement of employee engagement
  whilst ensuring that managers are responsible for
  the management of issues where identified

· Champion the development of positive company   
  culture and ensuring that values guide the way the
  company operates and acts as a role model for
  others;

· Mitigate organisational risk by ensuring   
  compliance to P&C procedures and applicable   
  employment laws.

· Champion staff engagement and survey
  programs whilst ensuring the successful
  implementation of appropriate initiatives to 
  improve the workplace and 
  staff's engagement/productivity

·  Take ownership for the development of key P&C
   projects in accordance with the P&C business
   plan

·  Own projects from inception to
   implementation, engaging stakeholders,
   developing communication and implementation
   plans

· Contribute to HR ISO9001 and ISO27001
   initiatives 

Our client is considering people with skills and experience in the following areas:

· Generalist HR knowledge and experience across
  multiple disciplines, with an emphasis on
  organisational development;

· Knowledge of best practice with a proven ability
  to create uniquely Interactive programs;

· Common sense approach to Human Resources

· Solid systems skills, including Microsoft office
  and HRIS

· Ability to translate business requirements into
  practical HR initiatives

· Alignment with Interactive cultural values

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent project management skills, with a focus
  on "awesome execution'

·  Ability to work both independently and in a team 
   environment

·  Outstanding attention to detail

·  Ability to manage multiple priorities and
  consistently deliver to a high standard

· Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills,
  ability to engage at all levels and build trust and
  credibility

· Commercially astute.
