The primary purpose of this position will be to drive and embed successful business change during this period of ongoing development and growth. 

This position will include managing strategic relationships across the business, scoping and understanding the scale of change of all business solutions, ensuring change readiness across the change portfolio, resolving conflicts and managing dependencies to smooth program progress and transition. 

Reporting directly to the General Manager your main responsibilities will include:
  • Leading change management strategies across the client group 
  • Developing and executing Business Sponsor/Stakeholder engagement plans across the business 
  • Coaching and influencing senior leaders 
  • Develop strong executive stakeholder engagement across the business 
  • Managing the implementation of the program change strategy, campaigns and plans 
  • Actively manage change risks, impacts and identifying change resistance
  • Lead and coach support teams in integrating change management activities into project plans 
  • Tracking and reporting progress, risks, issues and dependencies
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements 
The successful candidate for this role will have the following skills and attributes:
  • Degree Qualifications in Communications, Change Management,  Business, HR or similar
  • Experience in Agile methodology 
  • Minimum 5 years experience delivereing end to end Change Management on large programs of work 
  • Ability to lead, coach, engage and motivate staff through large scale transformation change 
  • Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to lead, coach and manage teams 
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
