Our client is an Aged care services provider based in Melbourne CBD looking for a Level 2 Citrix Helpdesk expert for a short-term contract due to commence within a couple of weeks till Mid-September with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities:
  • Providing level 2 citrix IT technical support, mostly via phone, email or remotely.
  • Updating clients on progress during problem resolution
  • Troubleshooting software and hardware issues in a Windows based environment (Office Suite, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 10, Windows Sever, SCCM, VoIP, Network, etc.)
  • Performing user account administration maintaining user access in the various Systems and Software.
  • Updating clients on progress during problem resolution
  • Provide Technical documentation

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Desktop support experience (face to face, via phone, email or remotely)
  • Strong knowledge across Windows 7&10, Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, Network and Security.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL methodology including Incident, Change, Problem and Knowledge Management.
