You will be based in the main engineering and product development centre located in the heart of the Sydney's CBD. We are ASX listed and work with some of the biggest names out there (several Fortune 500 customers)

Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate support to clients in the USA
- Answer technical questions
- Managing support tickets and escalating work to the correct department/team members
- Can provide level 3 support and understand technical troubleshooting
- A background in providing development and technical support
- Configuration experience
- A good level of PHP development and SaaS products
- Excellent communication skills
- Be an all rounder
- Adaptable person who can think on feet and manage work load
