Full Job Description
Our client is a Unified Communication as a Service (UCaaS) provider and are looking to engage a Partner Success Manager (PSM) to support their partners in successfully scoping, converting and delivering end customer solutions. If you pride yourself on being proactive and solution driven then focusing on delighting valued customers will be second nature.
- Deliver on our customers experience commitment to the market
- Build rapport with partners' sales teams as a trusted advisor
- Understand partners existing customer base, addressable market and
- Build joint plans to address
- Manage pipeline and conversion rates on products
- Ensure that our products are top of mind
- Manage onboarding and training activities so that partner's sales teams are
- well versed on products
To be successful you will:
- Understanding of Voice and Data networking
- Understanding of Unified Communications as a Service.
- 5+ years channel sales experience
- Tertiary Qualifications in related fields to this role.
- Knowledge of BroadSoft would be ideal
