Our client is one of the most cutting edge medical technology organisations in the world. Due to a growing number of HR and Recruitment projects they are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team.

Your major responsibilities will include:- 
  • Building a solid recruiting pipeline
  • Filling openings in a timely and efficient manner 
  • Assessing candidates suitability for roles based on cultural fit, technical abilities and key requirements for roles
  • Develop deep relationships across the business to drive your role as a "trusted advisor'
  • Assisting other HR team members with recruiting scheduling and administration
  • Ability to recruit across a broad spectrum 
  • Demonstrated ability to train and coach managers in the recruitment process and how to identify talent
  • Ability to train, coach and develop other HR team members in the recruitment process
  • Manage Intern program and campus recruitment activities
  • Negotiating recruitment agency fees and managing supplier contracts
  • Ensure HR systems are up to date and accurate, including Candidate Tracking System (STARS)  HR Duties & Projects:
  • Assisting with on-boarding and exit interviews
  • Additional responsibilities as they arise
  • Complete projects in a detailed and timely manner to ensure an exceptional end result.
  • Effectively identify and implement ways to streamline and better the recruitment process
  • Assist in developing a Graduate Recruitment program 
The successful candidates will have the following skills and attributes:- 
  • 3 to 8 years experience in HR Generalist/Recruitment positions
  • Ability to develop strong stakeholder and business partner relationships 
  • Demonstrated sourcing experience 
  • Ideally have an interest in HR topics to support as a Generalist when required
  • Team orientated 
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a fast paced environment
  • Intermediate MS Office 
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
