Australian-owned boutique company specialising in Wireless Solutions for emergency calls from construction sites, warehouses and healthcare facilities

The Role

This autonomous role will see you providing first level technical support for the specialist wireless systems installed nationwide.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively monitoring infrastructure and client site installations
  • Providing technical phone support to customers and identifying, logging and escalating technical faults
  • Preparing and testing product prior to installation
  • Liaising regularly with field technicians and assisting with remote troubleshooting and testing of equipment across client sites
  • Assisting with developing release notes and associated documentation and contributing to product support knowledge-base
  • Previous experience with online systems
  • Exposure to bespoke integrated systems comprising of Andriod and iOS apps, databases and web servers
  • Strong written and spoken communication with the ability to communicate at different levels
  • Experience with system logs
  • Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role
  • Great problem-solving capabilities
