Job Summary
Responsible for the support of end‐to‐end delivery of projects, and the financial preparation and  administration of the projects and PMO function.  Managing project financial deadlines and  supplier/customer process milestones, in accordance with client's policies, procedures and customer  requirements.    

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the timely invoicing of billing milestones associated with any PMO works. 
  • Generate, record and maintain the Operations Purchase Orders across all projects and builds.  Generate month end financial reporting including billings, monthly accruals and WIP reporting. 
  • Record and maintain change requests and/or variations across  projects. 
  • Financial audits as required by our clients to ensure company compliance. 
  • Keep track of project plan and budget and modify as required. 
  • Closing budgets once complete 
  • Provide project financial analysis; alerting relevant parties to any perceived cost or schedule  overrun. Secure relevant approval for payment as per client's processes and allocating expenditure  to the correct budget account. 
  • Organize payment of contractor invoices in a timely manner. 
  • Manage projects to completion, ensuring all activities are coordinated and completed on time and  within budget.   
  • Coordinate and contribute to regular internal and customer meetings. 
  • Ensure accurate  documentation and record keeping of the projects is maintained.   
  • Stay abreast of technical and industry changes, and maintain an up to date knowledge of Customer  Agreements.   
  • Serve as the single point of contact for escalations for vendors or customer in the post sales  activities.  
Essential Experience required
  • Good understanding of operations, procedures and policies related to Telecommunication  Deployment, or similar discipline. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong user of MS Project and MS Office. 
  • Experience with a project management methodology 
  • Ability to meet tight schedules and cost targets without compromising customer expectations 
  • High level of energy (self‐starter and self‐motivator)
  • Outstanding customer service 
  • Ability to solve complex problems 
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
