Large technology organisation is seeking a help-desk officer to assist them with various means of support across the organisation.

To Be Successful:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Windows Programs.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify the accuracy of information and data.
  • A drive to succeed in meeting goals and objectives.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and shifting priorities.
  • Experience in SAP (or other ERP systems) an advantage
  • Experience in Salesforce (or other CRM systems) an advantage
