Our client is a vendor-agnostic Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation services firm providing clients with Research, Training and Workshops, Consultation and Implementation.

Due to increased growth they are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant  to join their dynamic team 

Your major responsibilities will include:- 
  • 360 degree recruitment process management - from sourcing and screening candidates to post hiring and on boarding
  • Building an excellent recruiting pipeline 
  • Ability to recruit across a broad spectrum of IT roles
  • Scheduling of interviews including scheduling interview panels with individuals across different time zones 
  • Liaising with hiring managers to manage the recruitment process as well as general HR activities
  • Liaising with Recruitment agencies 
  • Experience in Outlook and internal applicant tracking systems preferred

The successful candidates will have the following skills and attributes:- 
  • 2 to 4 years experience in a Technical Recruitment role
  • Strong administrative and coordination focus and an eye for detail
  • Demonstrated sourcing and candidate management experience 
  • Ideally have an interest in HR topics to support as a Generalist when required
  • Previous experience recruiting IT roles 
  • Team orientated 
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a fast paced environment
  • Intermediate MS Office
