Job Description

A leading Government Agency is seeking an experienced  Quality Assusrance Specialist to support and provide quality assurance in relation to Workers Insurance claims 

Key Responsibilities:- 
  • Undertake quality assurance reviews
  • Coordinate the review of the quality assurance of Return to Work and Support (RTW&S) subject matter experts to support scheme-wide quality assurance programs and insights into potential improvements 
  • Review customer interactions to check consistency with the claims experience and develop and recommend corrective and preventive actions
  • Maintain and update the annual schedule of performance reporting 
  • Review of claims management outputs to compare compliance with policies and standards
  • Research and prepare quality assurance reports and provide recommended solutions to any issues

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:- 
  • Ability to make decisions on quality assurance matters associated with the delivery of scheme initiatives 
  • Solid working understanding of workers insurance legislation combined with a sound understanding of the workers insurance claims and the regulatory environment 
  • Excellent relationship management, interpersonal and leadership skills
