Full Job Description

Goal focused role within the Research division of a leading Public Sector business.

The primary purpose of this position is to research and analyse data and other source information and provide advice and reports with which to drive and directly improve:

- research & evaluation projects

Your key responsibilities will be to:-
  • Proactively undertake research which provides an evidence base for change strategies
  • Analyse and review data and reports, identify issues, data discrepancies and provide clear concise summary documents
  • Work collaboratively with the business analysts across all research and strategy projects
  • Apply research and analysis skills to scope options for best practice medical strategies
  • Prepare reports and recommendations
  • Contribute to the development of content for training, education and other strategies
  • Conduct and report on post project evaluation

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
  • Previous experience with working in a Research or Data Analyst role
  • Report writing skills
  • Ability to write submissions, project plans and deliver presentations
  • Experience in the management of program evaluation methodologies
  • Project Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Substantial expereince and competence in quantitative and qualitative research and evaluation design and methods
  • Occasional local travel required
  • Ability to work in a fast pace and constant changing environment
  • A degree in Behavioural Sciences or equivalent (preferably at post-graduate level)
