Duties and Responsibilities

·        Be the first point of contact when dealing with a new customer

·        Provide ongoing product training

·        Prepare training such as virtual training sessions

·         Ad hoc duties such as travel will be required at times eg: onsite training

Skills and Experience

·        1-3 years' demonstrated Customer Success experience

·        1-3 years' demonstrated experience in software training

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Experience with Microsoft Office- required

·        Excellent planning and organizational skills
