Opportunity to join a leading reputable consulting organisation based in Melbourne CBD, where you will be accountable for managing a key client for an initial 3 month contract. As a the Level 1 Service Desk Analyst you will be accountable for resolving any technical issues faced by the organisation. 

Key responsibilities and duties include:
  • Communicating and resolving any key technical issues (that staff members are facing)
  • Working across a windows based environment and citrix 
  • Uploading and managing tickets (using HEAT as a ticketing system)
  • Managing, supporting and facilitating root cause analysis across the following stacks: VMware, Citrix, Hardware (for example: PowerEdge Server, Brocade SAN, EMC Storage)
The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • High level of communication skills 
  • Experience within an IT Service Desk Environment
  • Understanding and working knowledge of Windows based environment and Citrix
