Opportunity to work for a leading global organisation that specialise in products and services across information technology. We are seeking an IT Desktop Support Analyst who will be accountable for servicing internal employees and external vendors. Experience working in a multi-site corporate environment with a key passion for technology is required for this role.

Key responsibilities and duties include:
  • Providing day to day (level 1 and level 2) support from: troubleshooting, to high-level technical support across network infrastructure and internal systems (both software and hardware)
  • Supporting users remotely and face-to-face including troubleshooting of remote technologies
  • Ensure support requests are resolved within required SLAs
  • Training and assisting users on new technologies introduced by the organisation

The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • High level of communication (written and verbal) as well as customer service skills
  • Solid background in Windows and Apple technologies - Microsoft applications - O365, Skype for Business, Active Directory, Remote Access Technologies, Video Conferencing (for example)
