In this position you will have a strong finance focus and be accountable for  the following:- 

* End to end payroll for contracting and permanent staff 
* Contract management
* Timesheet submission and verification
* Invoicing
* Accounts  Payable and Receivable 
* Answering client and candidate enquiries
* Weekly and monthly reporting
* Reconciliations
* General administration

The successful candidate will have: 

* A degree in Accounting or related discipline is required
* Intermediate MS Office with a strong knowledge of Excel 
* Previous experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment 
* A finance focus with solid numerical skills 
* Excellent attention to detail 
* Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written
* Ability to problem solve
