The role and the team
As the initial point of contact for all customer enquiries, this position will see you coordinating with the team of engineers to ensure incidents are escalated accordingly and in a timely manner, driving effective use of the Configuration Management Database. Adhere to Service Desk processes and play a part in ensuring SLAs are met and the end goal- customer satisfaction- is always achieved .
What we are looking for
This is the perfect opportunity for an 'up and comer' in the IT industry. Someone with little experience but sound knowledge of all things IT and an eagerness to learn, adapt and grow in a new position.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an IT Support capacity will be highly regarded
- A proactive attitude whilst being highly organized and aware of time management
- Excellent customer service skills and effective communication (verbal and written)
- A passion for IT and a thirst for learning
