3 Month contract with possible xtension
$20-$25 Per hour
Large technology organisation is seeking a help-desk officer to assist them with various means of support across the organisation.
To Be Successful:
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Windows Programs.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify the accuracy of information and data.
- A drive to succeed in meeting goals and objectives.
- Ability to handle multiple demands and shifting priorities.
- Experience in SAP (or other ERP systems) an advantage
- Experience in Salesforce (or other CRM systems) an advantage
The successful applicant will need to be available for Monday to Friday (between 7.00am - 7.00pm).
