This Mulit-Vendor Maintenaince Provider is searching for a Service Centre Analyst to support their extensive customer base. Someone who is eager to utilise and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment whilst delivering exceptional service to their customers.

  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with processes aligned to the ITIL framework, specifically; Incident and Configuration Management
  • Strong technical knowledge of Networking, Cloud Infrastructure, Back-ups and Unix
