Opportunity to join a leading reputable organisation based in Richmond, as a Level 1 Service Desk/ Helpdesk. You will be accountable for resolving any technical issues faced by the organisation. 

Key responsibilities and duties include:
  • Communicating and resolving any key technical issues (that staff members are facing)
  • Working across a windows-based environment
  • Uploading and managing tickets (using Service now ticketing system)
  • Managing 30 to 40 calls per day
  • Working on a rotating roster shift (7 am to 7pm)

The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • High level of communication skills 
  • Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 is a must
  • Experience with Linux, UNIX, VMware preferable
  • Understanding and working knowledge of Windows based environment
