The Role 

This is a newly created role, reporting to the CFO.  It will see you revise and update the organisations Group Measurement and Evaluation Framework, as well as ongoing processes for all investment decisions.  This will be in line with recomendations made on a recent Independant Review of Performance.

It will see you evaluate all programs and then develop a framework to be usedmoving forward, looking into supporting structures, docuemnts, processes and systems end to end from inital preparation of the strategic planb, annual operating plans, down to individual projects (including project reporting), annual reports and shareholder information.

Working closely with the CFO and M&E advisory group, you will:Review current Measurement and Evaluation activities
Gain an indepth knowledge of the Independant Review of Performance report around measurement and evaluation requirememts
Evaluate current activities, highlight and identify gaps
Investigate options to fill the gaps identified, document fidings and make recomendations on solutions
Develop process to implement change and assist in implementation

About You 
Tertiary qualifications in Economics, Commerce or Agricultural Economics is a must
Circa 3- 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on working with the business to understand and drive results
Experience in designing and implementing measurement and evaluation or impact assessments across diverse organisations 
Experience in cost benefit or financial assessment of investment projects
Understanding and experience in running or coordinating sample surveys, including survey design and analysis using excel or other tools
Experience in analysis, reporting and presentation of survey results
Strong analytical, strategic planning and organisational skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Keen and eager to learn
