Our client a leading government entity is currently seeking enthusiastic and committed Administrative / Customer Service Officer's for a variety of Temporary positions. 


The primary purpose of this role is to provide quality customer service and administrative support to reviewers and staff within their organisation.


Your major responsibilities in this position will include:- 
 
  • Provide administrative support to Reviewers and staff of the department
  • Manage hearings within the department 
  • Display outstanding customer service both by telephone and face to face
  • Ability to prioritise and meet required deadlines 
  • Excellent data entry ability  

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and attributes:-
 
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident 
  • Minimum two years experience in an administrative / customer service position is essential 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think quickly and display initiative
  • Team orientated
  • Able to work within set guidelines
  • Must be physically fit as Hearings are across 3 floors 
  • Demonstrated Data Entry skills 
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
