We are looking for a new Partner Success Manager (PSM) to join Access4, a dynamic cloud solutions provider that is on a mission to disrupt the market.
The PSM's role is to support partners in successfully growing their Unified Communications presence using Access4 products and ensure an outstanding customer experience is delivered to partners and in turn to their end customers.
The right candidate will be a motivated self-starter with excellent time management skills and a drive to consistently contribute to sales revenue and growth.
You will be responsible for:
- Partner management
- Partner onboarding
- New partner growth
- End customer sales growth
- Partner planning and strategy
Key experience and skills:
- Indirect channel management skills (preferably in the cloud space)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Understanding of voice and data networking
- Understanding of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS)
- Channel sales experience
- Knowledge of Broadsoft
- Tertiary qualification preferred
