One of Australia's leading IT Maintenance Providers is searching for a Level 2 Support Engineer to join the customer/technical support team and deliver exceptional customer service.

Skills/Experience:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification;
  • A min of 7 years in an active Field role or Support function 
  • Particularly looking for storage engineer with a proven track record in supporting 3PAR
  • Current knowledge of computing hardware and operating systems across multiple products
  • Detailed knowledge of storage, networking and servers
  • Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Additional responsibilities:
  • include day-to-day operations and service calls
  • management of allocated customers
  • supporting L1 and L3 team members
  • mentoring and training
  • triaging appropriate calls and working directly with 3rd party agents in the local state

Must haves:
  • Must be a PR or Citizen
  • Must have their own car and valid license

*Important to note this position is an active field role and assists with all maintainable products and day-to-day operations - however has very specific tasks suited to a Level 2 Engineer.
