Duties and Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and business acumen, leading 15 Social Media specialists with management support from a Senior Response specialist.
  • Driving the provision of brilliant digital experiences to customers via social media channels
  • Creation and execution of content and the social media response strategy
  • Developing reporting models to ensure performance against set outcomes
  • Day to day management of the Social Media Response team
  • Utilising outstanding people skills to uphold the brand through customer feedback and engagement
  • Researching technologies to leverage new opportunities in existing platforms

Skills and Experience
  • Passion for social media
  • Experience in managing large scale social media operations in a digital customer service environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and an understanding of how to drive performance based on numbers and insight
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Technical knowledge of online community platforms and customer feedback tools
  • Leadership skills and experience in motivating, upskilling and managing staff
