The Role
30 hours per week - can be over 4 or 5 days - depending on what works for you

The Marketing Team are responsible for increasing demand for product, positioning as premium for luxury apparel and sportswear. The develop co-marketing campaign with fashion houses, brands and retailers.

Reporting to the GM Marketing and will see you responsible for evaluate all administration within the Marketing team. You will support to both the GM and Creative & Content Manager.
  • Reporting - accurate and timely reporting across work in progress status reports, project budgets, end of year budgets, Board and Program reports
  • Workflow - track and manage for contracts, PO's, invoices
  • Projects - develop good working knowledge of Marketing projects track and manage work-in-progress and alert any potential risks to delivery
  • Draft - legal documents, requests, contracts and work orders
  • Invoicing - process via SAP and HP TRIM
  • Meetings - assist with preparations, book rooms/ venues, arrange catering, minute taking
  • Travel - manage domestic travel requirements
  • Photo shoots - assist with administration for events
  • Admin - arrange couriers, expenses, filing

About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or similar highly regarded
  • Fashion specific knowledge highly regarded
  • Circa 2 years of experience an administration role
  • Experience in the Project Administration role highly regarded
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office
  • Experience with SAP, HP TRIM or SalesForce also highly regarded but not essential
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Keen and eager to learn
