Job Description

Our tech client is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for their business. A Melbourne based role however a national remit. The organisation is going through a period of aggressive growth hence a busy recruitment function. This is a high-volume role with a broad mix of recruitment assignments from Senior through to junior positions. You'll be working with the Executive leadership team, so we'll need you to bring your exceptional stakeholder management skills. 

The role would be an excellent opportunity for a high performing Agency recruiter to make their move into the world of internal recruitment, or for an internal recruiter looking to expand their career by running with human resource based projects. 

Working with a full suite of recruitment tools, branding and engagement on social media, your role will be to gain access to the top IT talent in Australia through pro-active headhunting and focusing on attracting high performing candidates to our client's business.

This will involve:
  • Being a strategic advisor to the business to ascertain hiring requirementsPro-active, direct recruitment and pipeline management to meet current and future hiring demands
  • Owning and managing the entire recruiting cycle from requisition to on-boarding
  • Develop recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques, interviewing candidates and creating and extending job offers
  • Championing our client's brand as an employer of choice to all candidates via the use of social media and branding activities
Essential requirements:
  • Great 'can do' attitude
  • IT recruitment experience, specifically in engineering and Cloud
  • Experience in a recruitment agency or as an in-house recruiter for a large corporation
  • Experience of competency-based interviewing and recruitment practices
  • Good knowledge of ATS and CRM systems
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
