The role

As part of a close-knit team, you will be responsible for first point of call resolution through effective communication to the customers and using the service desk tool to coordinate and assign workloads to the relevant technicians/engineers in the team.

This position will also see you assisting in onsite technical support work with one of the company's major clients

Background and requirements
  • Ideally 1 years experience in a similar position, preferably within a managed services environment
  • Bachelors Degree in IT or equivalent
  • Fundamental knowledge covering different aspects of desktop technologies
  • Demonstrable experience across Windows and Linux operating systems 
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to show initiative
  • This role will involve short travel between two sites. Own vehicle would be ideal
  • *Australian Citizenship and Baseline Security Clearance*
