We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to play a key role in the delivery of Culture & Employee Engagement initiatives.and manage end to end projects for this leading IT organisation. 

This role will have responsibility for the management of agreed organisational development programs; the design of innovative solutions and the development and implementation of initiatives and frameworks to achieve business goals.

This role requires an experienced HR Business Partner with a commercial and pragmatic mind set, excellent project management and influencing skills and a creative approach.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:-
  • Design and deliver the talent management process 
  • Responsibility for design, delivery, communication and management of engagement surveys 
  • Change management advice
  • Strategy development 
  • Design and deliver culture initiatives 
  • Employer branding 
  • Manage industry programs 
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:- 
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related discipline 
  • Experience developing and executing Culture and Employee Engagement initiatives based on business needs within a fast-paced commercial business environment
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated facilitation and coaching skills
  • Exposure in the Technology Industry will be highly regarded 
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver organisational development strategies
  • Excellent written and oral communication and superior presentation skills
  • Project management skills
