Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities selling a number of workforce services across leadership, career transition and change management
  • Manage a number of key accounts
  • Liaise with Practice Leads and Executives in order to expand brand awareness
  • Work on proposals and presentations
  • Implement best practices in all sales objectives

Skills and Experience
  • Strong sales track record winning new business and growing out existing accounts
  • A background in Recruitment especially the recruitment of HR will be hihgly regarded 
  • Demonstrated experience working with C-level Executives especially HR Directors
  • Experience in Human Capital Sales will be highly regarded
  • A background selling B2B solutions to HRD clients
  • A consultative sales approach- customer centric
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Top-class communication and presentation skills
  • A strong network especially at Executive level will be highly regarded
