We are currently seeking an experienced Team Assistant /  HR Project Support Officer to work with a leading IT provider.  

Supporting the HR Director and team this is an influential role as you will be responsible for professional delivery of efficient executive and personal support to maxinise efficiency of the business unit.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 
  • Full diary management, coordination of travel and general administration for the Director
  • Anticipate and deliver confidential administration support 
  • Produce reports, correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets as required 
  • Respond to invitations, emails and handle all calls for the Director
  • Ensure all meetings are scheduled and catered for in line with the yearly planner 
  • Own and manage the implementation of fundamental HR projects 
  • Assist with the management of company events 
  • Oversee the implementation of OH&S initiatives
  • Relationship management with key executive stakeholders across the team
  • Assist the HR team with meeting required deadlines and completion of administrative functions 
Experience Required:
  • Extensive Executive Coordination experience 
  • Relevant experience in providing high level administration support 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confirdent dealing at all levels 
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint) 
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent reporting skills and knowledge 
  • An interest in IT will be highly regarded 
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet strict deadlines
  • High standard of personal presentation 
  • The ability to work autonomously and without supervision
