In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the design, development and implementation of change supports the customer and banker needs and the realisation of business benefits across various projects and portfolios.
-Have at least 4 years' experience as a change practitioner at a management level.
-Have extensive experience in managing and implementing small to medium sized initiatives in projects or change.
-Have experience in an Agile environment or have evidence of the qualities & capabilities that a change professional needs to be able to work in an interactive , often ambiguous agile environment.
-You have large-scale enterprise experience.
It is preferred:
-You have experience in change management within a large-scale bank/financial institution.
-You have had exposure to the PROSCI change management discipline.
-You hold a degree in a related field such as Business, Psychology or HR, or equivalent industry experience.
-You are not currently employed within an Australian Government department.
