Job Description

To ensure smooth operation of  IT systems and prompt resolution of issues. Assist in managing and supporting  IT infrastructure, software and services. Support users via service desk on all applications, PC issues and help with our specialised products and equipment. To troubleshoot issues independently and together with the IT team.
