Job Description

Our client, a multi-service IT provider is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist for a permanent full time position. In this diverse role you will have the opportunity to become involved in a variety of office administration support duties and develop your existing skills as a Corporate Receptionist. 

The Corporate Receptionist is responsible for providing administrative support and excellent reception and front-line customer service. 

Key responsibilities for the role will include:
  • Answer all calls promptly and in a friendly, professional manner
  • Meet and greet all visitors and assist a range of key stakeholders
  • Attend to mail received and organise couriers
  • Manage multiple meeting room set up as required
  • Database entry and management
  • Assist with events
  • Order and maintain stationary and supplies

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
  • Experience working in a corporate environment as a Receptionist/ Front office/Customer service
  • Be able to work the hours 7.30am-4pm or 9.30am - 6pm
  • Experience using switchboard
  • Enjoy working in a large, fast paced, innovative dynamic environment 
  • Outstanding communication skills with a friendly and professional manner
  • Intermediate MS office skill
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexible to work during the Xmas shutdown
