In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple change initiatives that ensure the design, development and implementation of change supports the customer and banker needs.
The ideal candidate would be someone eager to take on a leadership position and manage a team of change managers.
-Have a strong track record of change experience with at least 5 - 7 years demonstrable experience in managing highly complex change initiatives with a proven ability to successfully transition people and the business from a 'program' mode to BAU.
-Have extensive experience in managing and implementing small to medium sized initiatives in projects or change.
-Have experience in an Agile environment or have evidence of the qualities & capabilities that a change professional needs to be able to work in an interactive , often ambiguous agile environment.
-Have large-scale enterprise experience.
It is preferred:
-You have experience in change management within a large-scale bank/financial institution.
-You have had exposure to the PROSCI change management discipline.
-You hold a degree in a related field such as Business, Psychology or HR, or equivalent industry experience.
