Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has become available in an innovative and forward thinking company for a team focused Project Administrator. 

You must be able to demonstrate outstanding organisational skills, with a passion and experience in a range of project administration tasks. 

The role: 

The role will see you support the delivery of projects running throughout the organisation. You will focus on maintaining project documentation, preparing project brief and scope of work, procurement and contract management.

Your major responsibilities will include:
  • Project documentation
  • Project plans are maintained and available to internal and external stakeholders 
  • Agendas are provided for project meetings and minutes taken and distributed with actions required
  • Project and Program reports are prepared and delivered as scheduled
  • Work with vendors to ensure project documentation is maintained
  • Highlight areas of significant variances or risks impacting vendors
  • Carry out ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required
  • Assist in the development of automated reporting
  • Monitor the delivery of projects and make recommendations relating to process improvements
  • Co-ordinate post implementation reviews
  • Maintain lessons learnt database

To be considered for this position you will have:
  • Minimum 3 years previous experience as a Project Administrator or similar, supporting a range of concurrent projects
  • Proven ability to put together a project plan, in a very operational environment
  • Proven track record of working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to be proactive and ensure that all stakeholders are kept up to date effectively, highlighting any risks
  • Highly established organisational skills
  • Excellent time management
  • High level of initiative, enthusiasm and a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to deliver outcomes effectively
  • Ability to prioritise and meet critical deadlines
  • Intermediate MS Office
