Highly innovative FinTech company specialising in cross-border payment infrastructure for businesses around the world, combining a payment platform with applications for businesses of every size - from start-ups to large multinationals - to accept payments.

The Role
As the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for providing support over the phone and through email to businesses ensuring incidents and queries are resolved in a timely manner, through first level troubleshooting or escalation to IT.

Responsibilities include

·        Handle incoming calls and email inquiries from customers

·        Work with customers to achieve implementation goals

·        Act as advisor to the customers on the products and applications available to them

·        Account management

·        Provide support to internal IT

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate

·        Experience in a customer-facing position in CSM for 3 years

·        Experience with implementation work

·        Broad knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac)

·        Incident management and conflict resolution skills

·        Great negotiation skills and effective communication to ensure the customer is getting the best out of the business

·        Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer issues from contact to resolution

·        Ability to work up to 30%
