- Correspond with a number of different agencies to make the transition as smooth as possible
- Correspond with the contractors to make sure they are aware of the changes
- Implement tools to help with the change
- Manage timelines and give regular updates to the CEO
- Be able to predict and detect any problems/ risks before they occur
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- To come from a consulting background in MSP or RPO
- Have project experience having to work within time frames and schedules
- Have excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills
- Be confident working in an Agile environment
