About The Role:
- Implement change principles such as design and influence to support the transformation program and desired culture of the organization.
- Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder assessments and communication plans to further the transformation project.
- Leadership skills must motivate change being implemented throughout the organization.
- Motivate, educate and coach different stakeholders through the change process.
- Must have experience implementing Salesforce across an organization.
- Organization is seeking a pro-active person who can analyze information in an efficient manner and can provide insights, emerging risks and issues.
- Drive better change processes through analysis of lessons learned and identification of systemic issues.
- Ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent communication skills.
