Job Description

Leading government agency based in Parramatta are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to take calls in regards to IT related matters and either resolve the issue or escalate it.

About The Role:
  • Securely support the daily customer service function of the organisation to ensure effective and efficient delivery of support services.
  • Ensure call response SLA's
  • Collate and deliver information to monitor and maintain reports and processes.
  • Implement tasks allocated to meet customer service requirements
  •  Understanding of ITIL
To Be Successful:
  • 1+ years working as an Service Desk Analyst
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technical knowledge or experience in service desk technologies
  • Operational experience in a multi-function service desk
