Job Description

  • Change & Communications Manager - Mid Level experience required
  • Global Household Name - Port Melbourne Location
  • Initial 6 month contract with possible extensions
Newly created contract role to implement the change and communications strategy and techniques within the organisation's high profile technology program.

This role is both strategic and hands-on.

Responsibilities of the role:
  • Develop and roll out the change and communication management strategy and plan
  • Coach and guide project management group in terms of best practice change management practices
  • Execute the change management plan to ensure that project outcomes are achieved
  • Develop, analyse and implement the change impact assessments of the project
  • Oversee the development of assets such as communications materials etc
  • Oversee the execution of the communications plan and change management plan
Experience required:
  • Demonstrated change and communications leadership background
  • Experience in change management strategy development
  • Demonstrated track record in developing corporate communications plans
  • Working with senior executives
  • Solid change management experience and maturity
  • Ability to work concurrently within multiple projects
  • Ability to work with and motivate activity based teams.
