Our client a leading Government Department is seeking an experienced Administrator to support the ICT support staff with the coordination of administrative projects within the department .

Based in North Ryde your key responsibilities will include the following:-
  • Act as the main point of contact for all problems and issues that may arise within the department
  • Ensure that all equipment and software is fully operational
  • Provide administrative support to the ICT team including coordination of projects
  • Coordinating responses by telephone and email
  • Minute taking
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and attributes:-
  • High level of communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Experience using TRIM, SAP & Records Management
  • Customer Service focused
  • Minimum 3 years in an Administration position
  • Must hold a valid NSW Driving Licence, the role will involve driving to various Sydney metro locations
