Key responsibilities and duties:
- Providing and managing incidents on Tier 3 support to meet the SLA as per the business requirement.
- Working within the Platform engineers and Operations in reducing incidents
- Performing lifecycle management and reducing the number of incidents due to capacity.
- Taking accountability of project deliverables and driving maturity and innovation of the solution.
- Creating and managing key Operational documents to tier ½ teams for support.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Extensive experience in telco with knowledge across Cisco, Juniper and F5 vendor technologies.
- Strong knowledge of working across switches, firewall load balancers and virtualisation technologies.
- Ability in managing complex network environments and infrastructure environments.
- Identifying and resolving systems and process based opportunities.
