Job Description

Our client, a leader in security solutions, are looking for new team members to help with the retention of their customers, upgrading of customer offerings and signing up new ones.

There is NO cold calling in this role, just bring a good attitude and you'll get amazing sales training and support in a bustling environment where team work is key and your OTE is sensational!

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Convert all sales opportunities
  • Demonstrate knowledge of current sales and promotions 
  • Respond to all customer queries
  • Document all calls and actions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Refer escalations to shift manager
  • Retain existing customers 
  • Monitor emails and complete general administration tasks 
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience working in a customer facing or phone-based sales role is essential 
  • Demonstrated experience in Retentions 
  • Real Estate, Telecommunications or Insurance Sales will be highly regarded 
  • Demonstrated complaint handling skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment 
  • A "can do' attitude
  • Ability to manage high pressure situations
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
