The purpose of this position will be to assist the Bid Management team with the coordination, integration and overall delivery of bid responses.

The main responsibilities for this position are as follows:-
  • Supporting the Bid Management  team with the coordination of complex bid responses 
  • Liaise with key clients, being a point of contact for any enquiries    
  • Management and coordination of an email drop box 
  • Maintain reports in Excel  
  • Effectively manage document submissions 
  • Manage correspondence including coordination and management of letter offers and quotes  
  • Formatting and proof reading


The skills and attributes of the ideal candidate will be:
  • Proven track record in Sales and Bid Coordination and Bid preparation
  • Experience in coordinating muti-disciplined teams
  • Ability to enter data into Excel 
  • Demonstrated understanding of the commercial requirements of the Bid process
  • Extensive experience in Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Bid Management tools such as Sharepoint or Salesforrce 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects 
  • Well developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to negotiate and overcome competing priorities
  • Ability to exercise sound commercial judgement
  • Excellent attention to detail
