Job Description

This exciting role will support an exciting telecommunications brands ongoing customer experience development. You'll be responsible for resolving high profile customer escalations and delivering excellent customer outcomes.

Your day to day:
  • End to end case management
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Conflict management and resolution
  • Supporting delivery, CICD and training material updates
  • Outbound customer calls
  • Management of complex technical escalations 
Experience required:
  • 3+ years of experience working within a contact centre environment managing customer 'ESCOs'
  • A minimul of 3 years experience working within the telecommunications industry 
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Experience managing high profile end to end customer cases
